CAREER

1988. I began my musical career playing guitar and singing in a band known as Timewasters. success was limited but it was a blast​
 

1990. began experimenting with synthesis and sampling. various releases under the moniker of The Dub Operator.

1995 – 1997 Btec ND Music Technology at city of bristol college.​​ Further Dub Operator releases.
 

1996 – 2000. began working professionally as a Live sound engineer. Composition for Attik dance company (http://www.attik.org.uk ), a 20 minute piece called ‘Meanwhile’ in collaboration with Pete Westaway (http://www.reverbnation.com/petewestaway). apparently it was big in Lithuania. other works included music for radio advertisements.​
 

2000 – 2003. Production work for Harvest. Continued Live work for a variety of clients including Verra Cruz, Halo, and Earthfall Dance company (http://www.earthfall.org.uk). House engineering at venues in Bristol.​
 

2003 – 2008. Touring work with Lupine Howl, The Flies, Fortune drive, The Cuban Heels, Babel, and Saturdays and sundays. Production Work with The Cuban heels (She’s on fire ep,  Mr Brannam ep), Saturdays and Sundays, Fortune Drive and Crashland. Returned to playing live and releasing various solo pieces online.​
 

2008. Relocated to Cornwall.​
 

2009 – Present.  Live work at Falmouth Princess Pavillions. Touring work with Bob Geldof (http://www.bobgeldof.com) and All The Fires (http://www.allthefires.co.uk)
Currently studying Creative Music Technology (BA Hons) at Falmouth University. Production work for Yes Rebels (http://www.reverbnation.com/yesrebels) and working live with Bob Geldof

 

2014 - Currently experimenting with atonality, minimalism and Aleatoric composition.
